I recently bought a house which needed a lot of work. I was recommended AK Construction and Maintenance Ltd from a friend who had previous work done. I had the kitchen, hallway, bathroom and 2 bedrooms re plastered which I was over the moon with. There were cracks above the back door / window so a lintel was installed and brickwork pointed. We needed a new combi boiler and central heating system as it was so old. I can’t thank this company enough for all there hard work, I am really pleased with the finish result.

I was really happy with AK Construction And Maintenance Ltd. I had a quote which I was happy with and they worked very hard to get finished in the time I was told. The job was inspected before and was told it had no lintel above window which it needed. And the finish result I was really happy with and peace of mind. AK Construction have built a new garden wall at our home in Solihull, finishing it off with decorative slate. I am completely happy with the service, they were on time, left no mess and we are very pleased with the finished wall.

We have had absolutely no issues with AK Construction and I could not be happier with them. We had problems previously with other tradespeople who did not finish the job on our garden and fencing properly. Anthony came in with a fantastic attitude. They are really friendly, give really good advice clearly with their customers interests at heart. I have given them additional work since. They are genuine, not just there to make money for themselves and it was clear that they really cared about the job. We have had new fencing, slabbing, and other hard landscaping carried out since. AK Construction take pride in their work. Anthony kept going back to polish up brickwork etc so it looked perfect. They were prepared to advise us of things that we wanted that really would not work and offered a genuinely better solution. When we have any more work we will be giving it to AK Construction as will our family. Now we have found someone we can trust we will definitely be sticking with them.

This company have been working at Dorothy Pattison Hospital Refurbishing bathrooms. They were contracted to do this work at Dudley and Walsall Mental Health NHS Trust via the trust estates department. Throughout the course of their work at Dorothy Pattison Hospital they have maintained a courteous and professional manner. Their work has been to a high standard and of the bathrooms they have completed so far we have been impressed by the quality of their work. They have always worked in a co-operative manner due to the certain restraints imposed upon them as a result of clinical issues. They have at all times respected the sensitive nature of the work we carry out at the hospital, have respected the confidentiality of our service users and have worked responsibly in terms of keeping their work environment safe and secure at all times.

AK Plumbing & Construction have done some refurb work on my downstairs living area. We have had some plumbing work done where they have moved radiators. They have replastered the whole living and dining area with some finishing touches. They also replaced all cracked patio slabs. We are very happy with how the finished results look. Very good.
